In this way, film festivals are periodic events that work in a general and in a segmented way, that is, in a thematic form and/or with specifications that unite the films in some way. Within this scope are the student and university festivals, linked to their different forms of experimentation to the student, either at the middle, high and technical school (student), or at college (university) school, serving at some point as to its participants for the audiovisual sector as a teaching practice.
