It also focuses on the school curriculum with its silences and authorizations, with its hostilities and welcomings, with its fears and attempts to deal with difference. It also shows how the Brazilian university is a fertile territory of formation, research, meetings and possibilities. Through her trajectory of formation, the author presents in the book what she calls “conditions of possibilities of a life of teacher” that form teachers and researchers. It shows the action of others researchers that influenced her formation, and the places in which this formation took place. It explores its actions in the university, and its academic fight to do the widening of the possible in the curriculum. It addresses important aspects of the academic production made in the Group of Studies and Research on Curriculum and Cultures (GECC) , Faculty of Education of UFMG , using post-critical approaches. It shows how this production focused on school curriculum and their relationships with difference, modes of subjectivation, different dimensions of culture, genres and sexualities. It explores, finally, the research methods created in the GECC to search for curriculum.
