It is characterized as exploratory research with a bibliographic and documentary procedure through books, articles, reports, regulations and laws. The approach used was qualitative and quantitative. Data analysis was performed using graphs and charts, analyzed according to the theoretical basis. The research emphasizes the effectiveness and strengthening of public policies for the expansion of Hospital Classes, seeking to guarantee the students' right to education.
