This relationship is often uncritically and passive. It is necessary then on the part of all the adults involved in the life with them, to carry out activities that counteract the model offered by the market that is usually aimed at profit alone without any respect to the public. IT IS I need to create spaces for dialogue so that the child can understand this market object and all the interests behind it. It is still necessary to create spaces so that they can take ownership of Animation Cinema, using everything its aesthetic and critical potential, assuming its role as an artistic object and Communication. Thus, the child may leave his / her condition of passive consumer to the active consumer condition also using it as a means of expression and Communication. It was aimed at this research, both practical and theoretical, understand how this relation between Childhood and Animation Cinema, their potentialities and their problems. It was also sought to find ways to transform this contact in sensitive and critical experiences for Childhood. In this sense, through bibliographic surveys and through project searches, it was possible to find countless possibilities and realize that today there is considerable supply, although it is not very evident. Through practice it was possible to perceive the great potential of the activities and some limitations, which is difficult to understand only by reading everything that is already available. At the end of the survey that there is interest, both by children and Education or Cinema, for more aesthetic and critical activities. It became evident still, that spread throughout the country, several proposals are offered, but independently, and there is still no policy at national level that as a reference for such activities to be offered to all children.
