The system, titled TCC Product, was developed using the Ruby on Rails framework and other web development tools. It was built for a private higher education institution and offers two things in particular: a work mural (aimed at giving more visibility to academic works with innovative potential) and an ideas repository (a place for sharing, collaborating and developing ideas). Throughout this research, it is explained, in detail, how the application was planned, built and submitted to the evaluation of 31 strategic users. To measure their level of satisfaction, a survey was carried out using a 5-point Likert scale. A statistical analysis of the results, using Average Ranking (RM), showed that there is user satisfaction in relation to the built system (average 4.53). Also, points of improvement were discovered.application/pdfopenAccessInovaçãoEngenharia de SoftwareAplicações webRuby on RailsHeurísticas de NielsenSistemas de ComputaçãoTcc produto: aplicação web para fomentar a transformação de trabalhos acadêmicos em produtos/serviçosTcc product: web application to promote the transformation of academic works into products/servicesTrabalho de conclusão de curso
