What criteria users apply to access the objects at BIOE's repository? It aims to evaluate how educational objects are treated under informational point of view at BIOE, as well as the strategies for users' research and information retrieval. Uses as methodology exploratory research and functionalist approach to analyze BIOE's performance as a digital educational repository. Two questionnaires were used as a research tool to collect data, applied by e-mail and google docs to two groups: (15) cataloguers and (15) BIOE's users. Presents as result of the research that cataloguers with librarian science major, as well as the ones with different majors, show knowledge of treatment and organization of educational objects at BIOE; applies that the repository has access politics and have the need to improve access velocity.
