En nuestro texto, pensamos en cómo la sensación en torno al fenómeno climático de la sequía cambia con el tiempo y los cambios en las relaciones sociales. Continuamos con notas sobre cómo el gobierno está tratando de resolver los efectos devastadores de las sequías que azotan las tierras remotas, centradas aquí en la región de Varjota-CE, más precisamente la población que vive en el interior del municipio.
