Thus the search for development passes through human dignity, in what is essential to the human person, to food. The search for progress concerns a society and not privileged groups or sectors, it does not occur individually and without criteria. Thus it is necessary to think of new forms and productive processes that consider nature as an essential good to the human person that respects the dignity of the human person. Thus, this article sought to understand the various dimensions of the concept of development, based on food security, especially for school-age children in the state education network of Paraná, through the PNAE.
